The One House Leadership Coalition (OHLC) is a union of top multicultural funds to empower diverse leaders to claim their economic power in boardrooms. The OHLC accelerates the placements of leaders from underrepresented communities on the Board of Directors and Advisory Boards of privately-held and newly-listed companies. OHLC co-founders are top multicultural funds that collectively boast more than $1.5 billion in AUM (Assets Under Management).
