We process Personal Information for the management of our relationship on the basis of the contract between you and us in order to:

  • process your donations and commercial payments;
  • fulfill requests, respond to inquiries, and perform our responsibilities and provide Services;
  • send you communications such as our newsletter or additional meaningful marketing content. If you choose to submit a membership form to Gold House, you have the option to provide us with additional information, including Sensitive Personal Information, to process for the purpose specified in the membership form (which you may opt-out of at any time). We rely on your explicit consent where required to process your Sensitive Personal Information, for purposes such as the creation of programming, events, recognitions, and award lists such as the A100 list, to suggest members to production companies for entertainment projects (regarding members’ race, ethnicity, national origin, color, religious affiliation, sexual orientation), for curating groups of individuals for events and programs to bring members together through shared experiences (regarding members’ race, ethnicity, national origin, color, religious affiliation, sexual orientation).

In addition, we process your Personal Information based on our legitimate interests which consist of:

  • protecting the security and integrity of our Services, and for our protection of Gold House, our users, and others;
  • sending Administrative Communications. We may use Personal Information to send important information regarding our Services, such as changes to our terms, conditions, and policies and/or other administrative information;
  • sending you marketing communications regarding our products and Services similar to the ones for which you are already a customer;
  • migrating your environment, including your Personal Information, to another legal entity if we change our distributing partner;
  • our internal business purposes, such as market research, data analysis, compiling statistics, developing new offerings, and improving our Services.
  • recruiting, hiring, performance, talent management, advocacy, and creating programming and award lists such as the A100 list.

Gold House does not sell your Personal Information or share your Personal Information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose your Personal Information with the following entities for purposes outlined above:

  • To Gold House Persons and Affiliated Entities. We may share Personal Information to our company affiliates to use consistent with this Privacy Policy.
  • Third-Party Service Providers. We may share Personal Information with third-party service providers that we hire to assist with running our everyday business, including, payment processing, customer service, IT and cloud services, data analysis, and other similar services. We retain your Personal Information as long as necessary to provide the Services and comply with any applicable legal obligations. If your relationship with Gold House ends we will continue to process your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including to comply with any applicable legal obligations.

We will keep your Personal Information during the period of our contractual relationship, extended by the applicable limitation period. If your relationship with Gold House ends we will continue to process your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

With respect to the processing carried out in order to protect or defend your rights, property or security or ours, we will keep your Personal Information for the time of the relevant dispute or statutory limitation period.

Upon expiry of the applicable Personal Information retention period, we will erase or anonymize the relevant Personal Information.
