Laxman Narasimhan is an Indian-American business executive and CEO of Starbucks. He was the chief commercial officer (CCO) of PepsiCo and the chief executive officer (CEO) of Reckitt. He joined Starbucks as interim CEO in October 2022 and succeeded Howard Schultz as CEO in April 2023.
