Kenny Nguyen

ThreeSixtyEight, Co-Founder & CEO

Kenny Nguyen is the CEO/co-founder of ThreeSixtyEight, a creative agency whose mission is to challenge common thinking so that we can create an uncommon future. The company’s passion lies in helping companies build uncommon customer experiences that live up to their brand promise. Tactically, this sometimes can look like refreshing brands, creating marketing and advertising strategies, or building physical activations, but it can also look like revamping a company’s talent strategy and business development process. Helping power the brand promise and the people behind the brand promise is truly what the agency (and their partners) live for. This approach to push their clients to be their real self has led them to call themselves The Challenger Agency.

Prior to ThreeSixtyEight, he co-founded Big Fish Presentations, a current service line of ThreeSixtyeight, that focuses on ridding the world of boring presentations through high-quality presentation design, presentation coaching, and speechwriting.

He is the co-author of the McGraw-Hill published book The Big Fish Experience: Create Memorable Presentations That Reel in Your Audience, now published in three different languages.

Alongside his agency, he curates Assembly Required, an event series in Louisiana that focuses on highlighting/retaining/recruiting the best talent in Louisiana while connecting attendees to national level speakers.

Outside his agency, he is an investor in Soji: Modern Asian, frequent traveling speaker, and part-time stand-up comedian.

He has been recently nominated in 2019 as one of Forbes 30 under 30’s marketing/advertising list and Baton Rouge’s Business Report’s Young Businessperson of the year.
