About Gold House Futures

Gold House Futures is Gold House’s initiative to advance the success of emerging API creatives, entrepreneurs, and social impact leaders—through investments with prominent partners, skill-building for successful leadership, and world-class mentoring from industry titans.

Gold House’s inaugural class of Futures will kickstart with five categories (“Guilds”) that foster further connectivity within these groups and are critical to strengthening positive API perception: film, music, fine art, entrepreneurship, and social impact. Each Guild will work closely with leaders from their respective categories as well as cross-industry partners.

Fellow Duties

  • Support onboarding efforts for founders and creatives, from sign up to the first 30 days to ensure membership success and integration into Futures
  • Lead content strategy via email (e.g. a monthly Futures Digest) and Slack
  • Manage and optimize the Futures experience by collecting preferences / feedback from founders, maintaining those data points in our database, and collaborating with Program fellows on building out program proposals & social events
  • Facilitate opportunities, engagement, and collaboration for all Futures including but not limited to a board/advisor matchmaking system for founders, and an exclusive member’s benefits program.

Fellow Requirements

  • Each Fellow commitment is one year long and requires commitment of a minimum of 5 hours a week
  • Fellows must have a minimum of 3-4 years of full-time professional work experience
  • Fellows must be self-starting and entrepreneurial; resilient and creative; highly detail-oriented; and consistent in high-quality execution
