APAHM 2025 RECAP
Gold House is proud to honor Asian Pacific Heritage Month alongside many valuable partners and supporters. Read on to learn more about how we celebrated this May. Our theme this year, First Light, symbolizes the glimmers of hope that pierce through darkness and uncertainty to guide us forward, and honors those who have been the first—not just for themselves, but for everyone who is lit after.
A100 2025
To jumpstart May and Asian Pacific Heritage Month, we proudly unveiled the annual A100 List – the definitive honor for the 100 most impactful Asian Pacific leaders across industries, curated by top Asian Pacific organizations, creative and business leaders, and multicultural allies. The A100 List also features special Gold Legend honors for lifetime achievements and ten New Gold honorees, recognizing the next generation of Asian Pacific trailblazers.
Thank you to AdWeek, Billboard, Broadway World, Business Insider, Deadline, Forbes, GMA Network, The Hollywood Reporter, Variety, our expansive partnership with TIME, and more for broadcasting the A100 honorees!

Gold Power Summit
As seen in Forbes, we convened past, present, and future A100 honorees and members of Gold House for our annual Gold Power Summit, celebrating the launch of the 2025 A100 List with Nasdaq. Summit attendees also joined in ringing the closing bell, representing the cross-industry, cross-company community building that we believe in as a key driver for innovation. Thank you to our partners at Nasdaq for this incredible opportunity!

A100 Reception
In honor of our annual A100 List, we gathered past and present honorees for a special evening on the Dolby Terrace of the Academy Museum, celebrating Janet Yang (A100 Icon Judge), Ang Lee (marking 25 years of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon), and Zhang Ziyi (recipient of the inaugural Gold Bridge Legacy Award).
Co-hosted with the Academy Museum and East West Bank, the reception was followed by an intimate A100 Honorees dinner at Fanny’s, co-hosted by OpenTable. Guests enjoyed bespoke cocktails from Hennessy, hydration from Smartwater, and support from Pop Culture Collaborative, GoldenTV, Rare Beauty, Dagne Dover, Din Tai Fung, HYBE, Lyft, Onyx Collective, Surdna Foundation, the Walter & Shirley Wang Foundation, and Xumo.
Gold Gala
From tech to entertainment to fashion, the fourth annual Gold Gala gathered cross-industry and cross-cultural luminaries to celebrate this year’s A1 honorees and other multicultural and multi-hyphenated icons. Colloquially known as the “Asian Pacific Met Gala”, the historic event featured a gold carpet, interactive experiences, a special 3-course meal created by award-winning chef, Chef Lord Maynard Llera, and the second annual Founders Party co-hosted with Billboard and featuring headline DJ, DJ Pee .Wee (Anderson .Paak).
Thank you to our incredible partners who made the Gold Gala possible: Genesis Motor America, L’Oréal Groupe, OpenTable, Cartier, Hennessy, The Walter and Shirley Wang Foundation, East West Bank, Invisalign, Meta, Panda Express, Pop Culture Collaborative, Prime Video, Rakuten Viki, Smartwater, TikTok, Visa, and all our Community and Gifting partners.
