TRISHA AYYAGARI
Trisha joined L’Oreal in 2005, as an junior marketer on Maybelline’s Global Marketing Team and quickly grew with the brand. In 2010, Trisha moved to Paris to join the L’Oréal Paris Global team as a Project Manager and quickly after as Director, demonstrating strategic vision and a great acumen on advertising and content creation. In 2015, Trisha was promoted to the SVP of Marketing of Maybelline’s Global team where she accelerated the brands growth by dominating new categories such as brows, lips, & face artistry. In September 2018, she took on the role of Deputy General Manager of the Brand where she digitalized the brand’s marketing function and created new growth opportunities for Maybelline by developing their Asia business. In July 2019, Trisha was promoted to the prestigious role of Global Brand President for Maybelline New York, and has continued to drive the brand’s growth and category leadership through blockbuster innovations, acceleration in Emerging Markets and a brand evolution that resonates with the cultural values of today’s younger audience. Trisha believes that everyone deserves access to high-quality beauty. It should be affordable and suitable for unique consumer needs. She is a true expert of the makeup category and embodies the core values of the Maybelline brand – on the pulse and hardworking, with a strong belief in diversity at the core. Trisha was born in Massachusetts and now resides in New York City with her husband and son. Trisha received her BA from Babson College and a MBA from Columbia University.

AMY WHANG
Amy Whang is currently the President of Maybelline, Garnier and essie in the US. Prior to taking this position, Amy was General Manager, IT Cosmetics in the US. Since joining the L’Oreal Group in 2004, Amy has worked in both the Luxe and Consumer Divisions. Amy has also held positions across the Lancôme, Kiehl’s, shu uemura, Maybelline and L’Oreal Paris brands in both US and Global Marketing capacities. In 2023, Amy was named as one of Adweek’s top 50 Business Leaders in the US. She is also a recipient of the Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) Beauty’s Top Talent Award. Amy graduated from New York University Stern School of Business with a BS in Marketing and International Business. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and two children and loves camping!
