A100 Selection Process
A100 List Honorees are selected through a multi-phase, cross-cultural and cross-industry process. Open nominations call for the most impactful Asians of the past year who represent the future of their industries in each of the five cultural industries: Activism, Advocacy & Politics, Finance & Business, Lifestyle & Sports, Media & Entertainment, and Technology & Innovation.
Semi-finalists are then selected based on the most nominations submitted. Final Honorees are announced on May 1st every year and chosen by the A100 Selection Committee, an esteemed group of Asian and multicultural Icons and 20 of the nation’s leading Asian nonprofit organizations.
