As Chief Diversity Officer for Omnicom Group, Tiffany leads the strategy that enhances Omnicom’s vision to be a world class, benchmark company for sustainable diversity and inclusion and aligning this critical practice with the company’s business objectives and clients’ results. Recognized as a leader and visionary in the field of diversity, Tiffany is a talent strategist with 21 years of championing diverse professionals in the advertising industry. In 2005, she founded ADCOLOR and continues to serve as President, where she is deeply involved in the direction the creative industries are taking around diversity and inclusion. In addition to these roles, Tiffany serves on the boards of several organizations: the Ad Council, GLAAD, Brotherhood|Sister Sol, American Advertising Federation and The Ghetto Film School. She is also a member of the 4A’s Diversity Committee and the AAF Mosaic Center Executive Council, through which she helps prepare diverse talent to soar in careers with longevity and purpose.
