Tejasvi Manoj is a high school senior from Texas whose pioneering work is transforming digital safety for older adults. Inspired by a personal experience when her grandfather nearly fell victim to a cyber scam, she founded Shield Seniors, an AI-powered platform dedicated to empowering seniors with digital independence, security, and dignity.

A compelling voice at the intersection of technology and social impact, Tejasvi has taken the stage at TEDxPlano 2025 and has been featured on nationally recognized platforms including The Kelly Clarkson Show and a special edition of CNN State of the Union. Through these appearances and her ongoing outreach, she continues to elevate awareness around the urgent need for cybersecurity education among older adults.
Her work has garnered widespread national attention, with features from CBS News, CNN, NBC, FOX, and The Dallas Morning News, as well as recognition by The Free Press. She was also recognized by SXSW EDU Student Impact Challenge for her work driving meaningful social change through technology.
In recognition of her extraordinary leadership and impact, Tejasvi was named the 2025 TIME Kid of the Year and invited as a distinguished guest and judge at The Allstate Foundation National Youth Service Summit. She has received letters of recognition from the President of the United States, the Governor of Texas, and a United States Senator. Her honors also include being named a Top 100 Emerging Innovator of the Year and a 20 Under 20 Next Gen STEAM Superstar.
Beyond her technological achievements, Tejasvi exemplifies service and leadership as an Eagle Scout, a National Merit Commended Scholar, and a recipient of the United States Congressional Silver Medal.
