As CEO of the Americas, Susie is at the helm of Droga5 New York, supporting client business across North and South America. Since joining the agency 13 years ago, Susie has been instrumental in the agency’s significant growth from a 35-person crew into a team of more than 500+ employees. She has also been critical in designing systems and culture that yield breakthrough ideas and advance best-in-class talent.

She began her career at George magazine, following the presidential campaign trail, and served as Features Editor for The New York Times’ first-ever online edition before studying at the London School of Economics. She then landed in advertising—first with Fallon, then with Droga5 in 2009.
Susie is an Aspen Institute First Movers Fellow (2020) and has been part of the GoldHouse A100 (2018) and Adweek 50 (2017). She’s also consistently served as an executive leader, champion and advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion. She is the founder and executive advisor of Droga5’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiative, D+iQ, and serves as Vice Chair of the board of directors of ADCOLOR, the premier organization celebrating and promoting professionals of color in the creative industries.
