Sophia Kianni

Sophia Kianni is an Iranian-American entrepreneur and activist. She studied at Stanford University and founded Climate Cardinals, the world’s largest youth-led climate organization, with 16,000 volunteers in 80+ countries. She also co-founded Phia, a forthcoming digital fashion platform, with Stanford peer Phoebe Gates. She serves on the EPA’s National Youth Advisory Council and is the youngest United Nations advisor in U.S. history.

Sophia has a social media following of 300,000+ and has been featured in The New York Times, CNN, Vogue, Business Insider, BBC, NPR, The Guardian, and The Washington Post. She has spoken at Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Oxford, and Princeton and serves on advisory boards for The New York Times, the World Economic Forum, and Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation.

She has been recognized by National Geographic, BBC’s 100 Women, Forbes 30 Under 30, and won the TED global idea competition.
