Bak’s platform helps millions of mainstream Americans discover and embrace TV shows from throughout Asia while also developing six other branded premium OTT services for major American media companies (e.g. Boomerang with Turner/WB). The company was acquired by SoftBank Internet and Media, Inc. in 2014, and most recently by Warner Brothers.
