Ricky (Co-Founder/CEO) is a software engineer and engineering manager with a track record of building consumer-facing products and leading high-performing teams. At ActBlue, the fundraising platform for U.S. Democratic candidates, he and his team developed donor-facing software that powered $5 billion in contributions during the 2020 election cycle. Ricky holds degrees from Middlebury College and MIT Sloan.
Tess (Co-Founder & COO) is a food system sustainability strategist with deep expertise across the global food and agriculture value chain—from smallholder farmers to manufacturers and food service. As the U.S. Food Sector Lead at Quantis, a sustainability consultancy, she led technical teams, aligned marketing strategy, and managed client relationships and sales for $1M+ of work. Tess holds degrees from Duke and MIT Sloan.
Nick (Co-Founder & CPO) is a CPA-turned-baker and former restaurant chain CFO with a passion for scaling food businesses. As CFO of Call Your Mother Deli, he grew the brand from a single farmer’s market stand to 13 locations, achieving $2.5 million in annual sales per unit. With firsthand experience as a user, buyer, and builder of restaurant tech, Nick leads Product at Tarragon. He holds a degree from the University of Virginia and will graduate in May as a Siebel Scholar from MIT Sloan.
