Reynold is a co-founder at Databricks, a San Francisco-based tech startup powering the data, AI, and cybersecurity infrastructure for organizations worldwide. At Databricks, he has helped create multiple billion-dollar product lines. He is a central figure in modern data infrastructure for his work on Databricks and his contributions to many of the most important open source projects in the space.

He earned a PhD in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BASc in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto.
