Phillip Sun is a Partner at WME in the agency’s Talent department. In his role, he works with a diverse roster of clients including Riz Ahmed, Henry Cavill, Gemma Chan, Idris Elba, Donald Glover, Lance Gross, Michael B. Jordan, Yifei Liu, Jada Pinkett-Smith, Rihanna, Naomi Scott, Sullivan Stapleton and Ben O’Toole.

Additionally, Sun works closely with WME’s Social Impact division and sits on the board of the USC Annenberg Inclusion Initiative. He also co-founded Empower, WME’s company-wide program that ensures that employees at all levels feel supported rising through the agency.

Sun began his career in the William Morris Agency mailroom in 2005 and transitioned to WME following the agency’s merger with Endeavor in 2009. He was promoted to Partner in 2015.

A graduate of The College of William & Mary in Virginia, Sun currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and son.
