Moe is a senior software engineer with deep expertise in AI, infrastructure, and compliance automation. At Nutrien, he built AI-driven SaaS tools supporting operational efficiency for millions of users. Previously, he developed RX-lens customization and data reporting tools at Walmart and led IT and infrastructure at Bai, which was later acquired for $1.8B. Moe has extensive experience in vector search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuned AI models, making him uniquely suited to build CircleHealth’s AI-powered, HIPAA-compliant charting assistant. As CTO, he drives engineering, AI strategy, and infrastructure, ensuring clinicians get a seamless, intelligent charting experience without disrupting their workflows.

Keshav is a seasoned SaaS and AI product leader with a track record of scaling high-growth tech ventures. As Head of Product and Design at Prepared911, he led monetization, product-market fit, and growth from seed to Series B (led by a16z). Previously, he was the founding product lead for LoadNinja, where he scaled a browser-based AI performance testing platform from 0 to $2M ARR in 18 months. Keshav has helped build category-defining SaaS products that led to $1B+ exits and understands how to navigate complex industries, drive adoption, and scale AI-powered solutions. At CircleHealth, he leads product, strategy, and growth, ensuring the platform solves real-world clinical documentation challenges while integrating seamlessly into existing EMRs.
