An advertising industry veteran, Michelle currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer of McCann, one of the most preeminent creative agencies in the world. Since her arrival, Michelle has orchestrated partnerships with global brands such as Prudential and Smirnoff. With nearly two decades of experience driving growth leading agencies, her ability to find the intersection between client challenges and agency strengths has enabled her to successfully deliver business impact at a variety of agencies from creative to digital to media.
Michelle also serves as a Board Member of Ascend, the largest professional membership organization focused on supporting the API community throughout their careers. She has been instrumental in bringing visibility to the incredible work the Ascend does.
Previously, Michelle was Chief Marketing Officer at Digitas where she lead the agency to be named Data Agency of the Year by Advertising Age, and Digital Network of the Year and Media Network of the Year by Campaign. In addition, Sephora, iRobot, Mizkan, and Walmart, among others joined the Digitas roster of clients during her tenure. Prior to Digitas, Michelle held growth roles across a variety of holding company agencies including Organic, FCB, and Wunderman Thompson, winning an impressive roster of clients including Ford, Levi’s, Best Buy, and Clorox.
