MATT OGAWA
Matt Ogawa is Vice President of HR at Meta Platforms Inc. where he leads the Core Business HR Partner, Global Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Wellness and Internal Community teams. Matt is an Executive Advisor for Meta’s Asian Pacific Islander resource groups and chapters, has served on the company’s Diversity Advisory Council, and leads cross-functional company efforts alongside other key API leaders and nonprofit organizations to move focus towards cultural advancement, career growth and support, as well as amplification and representation efforts. Matt formerly served as an HR executive at Gap Inc. where he founded the company API ERG and was a key member of the launch team to establish Banana Republic and other Gap brands in the Asia market. Outside of work Matt has served on several API arts and youth advocacy boards, launched the first ever Japanese American statewide giving fund and is a co-producer of one of the largest API Celebrity Basketball Charity events in the United States. Matt is 4th generation Japanese American and is a Bay Area native, residing in San Jose California.
NAOMI GLEIT
Naomi Gleit is the Head of Product at Meta. She leads the team building products and tools that work across its technologies, overseeing the growth of Facebook’s core app, the product management organization, the team building products that empower people to do good, and the team working to keep people safe on and off Meta technologies.
As one of Meta’s very first employees, Naomi has worked on nearly every major initiative at the company, including privacy, elections, and charitable giving tools. She was a founding member of the Growth team that helped Meta’s family of apps grow from 1 million people when she joined to over 3 billion today.
Naomi graduated from Stanford with a degree in Science, Technology and Society and wrote her senior thesis on Facebook. Originally from Brooklyn, she currently lives in New York City.
PRATITI RAYCHOUDHURY
Pratiti Raychoudhury is a product leader with twenty plus years of experience in all facets of the product life cycle, from new concept development and business formation to implementation and scaling.
She is currently the VP / Product Group Lead for New Monetization Experiences, responsible for building paid subscription products in support of diversifying Meta’s revenue portfolio. She oversees a team of product managers, engineers, data scientists, product designers, and user researchers in this role.
Before leading New Monetization Experiences, Pratiti was the Head of Research at Meta where she led an organization of over 1,200 researchers around the world. She was also the Single Threaded Owner for Meta’s well-being products where she was instrumental in shepherding Meta’s work on well-being and social issues.
Pratiti is passionate about building new products, features and experiences that people, businesses and creators can purchase across Meta. She was critical in helping navigate Facebook’s existential move from Web to Mobile, and led the product strategy behind some of Facebook’s most popular and utilized products including Timeline, Marketplace, Facebook Developer Platform and many others.
She has held a number of leadership roles at Meta since joining in 2010. For the last 2 years, Pratiti has also served as one of the executive sponsors for APIs@ Meta. Within this space, Pratiti continues to be a voice for programs, initiatives and activations that support the Asian Pacific Islander community both internally and externally.
