She has raised millions in venture capital and led teams to develop solutions addressing complex, real-world challenges. Originally from Kathmandu, Nepal, she understands firsthand the barriers immigrants face when building a life in a new country, shaping her commitment to creating scalable, impact-driven solutions.
Victoria Ter-Ovanesyan is the co-founder and COO of Imera. She has held roles in venture capital at Antler and Chai Ventures, where she worked with early-stage founders before transitioning into investment banking at Jefferies, focusing on industrial technology M&A. Her experience across venture investing and financial strategy has shaped her approach to scaling businesses and driving operational excellence. An immigrant from Russia, Victoria has firsthand experience navigating the complexities of building a life in a new country, fueling her commitment to creating access and opportunity for underrepresented communities.
