KATSEYE is a groundbreaking global girl group formed through The Debut: Dream Academy, a high-stakes collaborative project between HYBE and Geffen Records. Headquartered in Los Angeles, the group consists of six members from diverse cultural backgrounds: Sophia (Philippines), Lara (USA), Yoonchae (South Korea), Megan (USA), Daniela (USA), and Manon (Switzerland). Since their official debut in June 2024 with the single “Debut,” they have been pioneered as the first American girl group trained under the rigorous K-pop system, blending Western pop sensibilities with intricate, high-energy choreography.
KATSEYE has solidified its position as a dominant force in the international pop scene. Following a string of viral hits including “Touch,” “Gnarly,” and the chart-topping “Gabriela,” the group made history in early 2026 by becoming the first girl group in over two decades to perform at the Grammy Awards. Most recently, they captivated audiences at Coachella 2026, delivering a cinematic performance on the Sahara stage that featured a high-gloss collaboration with the voices of the animated phenomenon KPop Demon Hunters.
