Hanson is the founder and managing partner of Salt Partners, a SF based food and beverage development company. Salt’s current portfolio includes Humphry Slocombe Ice Cream, Atelier Crenn, Horsefeather, B-Side, HomeCourt by Tracy McGrady and many others. He’s also been involved with Saison, LocoL, Bacon Bacon, Sunday at the Museum and Halcyon, a concept he cofounded in 2002. Most recently, Hanson co-founded Lazy Susan, the new go-to Chinese take-out concept. Prior to founding Salt, Hanson was Managing Director at The Hina Group, a China focused investmetn bank and private equity firm. Hanson graduated from Stanford Graduate School of Business as a Siebel Scholar. Hanson also has a BA and MA from Stanford.
