Gold House is a cultural platform where culture shapes global opportunity.
We sit at the intersection of entertainment, entrepreneurship, and cultural advocacy, reshaping society through a multi-pillar ecosystem: Entertainment (cultural consulting, marketing, and promotions); investment funds like Gold House Ventures (technology) and Gold House Studios (original productions); accelerating the next generation through Futures; and mainstream cultural change (Gold100, Gold Gala, cultural holidays, media networks, and more). Our work has earned global recognition across mainstream society, while our community includes the most influential creators, founders, and executives across industries worldwide.
We are an ambitious, lean, world-class team devoted to making history and shattering ceilings — and we are growing. If you are excited to define the next wave of culture that brings us all closer, we’d love to meet you.
The Opportunity
Gold House is hiring a Vice President of Growth and Partnerships to own the growth and commercial engine of the organization at a pivotal inflection point. This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of business development, experiential programming, nonprofit fundraising, and organizational strategy — responsible for turning Gold House’s extraordinary brand equity and community into sustainable, diversified revenue.
You will own the relationships with the executives, corporations, foundations, and institutional partners who power Gold House’s growth. You will oversee our experiences arm and the team behind all of our growth levers, our flagship programs like the Gold100 and events like Gold Gala, our grants and philanthropic revenue, and our earliest-stage products and new revenue lines. This role reports to the COO and sits on Gold House’s senior leadership team. The right person is an exceptional BD leader with the go-to-market instincts of a GM and the ability to move fluently between the culture world and the business world — knowing when to lead with the mission and when to lead with the numbers.
What You’ll Do
- Define and lead Gold House’s growth strategy, identifying and scaling new partnerships, products, experiences, franchises, and revenue streams that advance the organization’s mission while building long-term financial sustainability.
- Own Gold House’s partnership and funding ecosystem—including corporate sponsorships, foundations, philanthropy, grants, and institutional relationships—setting growth targets and cultivating executive-level partnerships that deepen impact and enterprise value.
- Serve as the general manager for new initiatives from concept through launch and scale, translating cultural opportunities into commercially successful programs, experiences, products, and intellectual property.
- Oversee Gold House’s flagship events, cultural franchises, and emerging products, ensuring they strengthen brand equity, deliver meaningful community impact, and generate sustainable business outcomes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team while serving as a senior strategic partner to the executive leadership team, helping shape Gold House’s long-term vision, growth, and organizational evolution.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background
- 12+ years in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership — with a track record of building and closing high-value, complex deals, and at least 5 years as a senior leader owning a meaningful P&L and managing a multidisciplinary team
- GTM experience at scale: you’ve taken something from idea to market — a product, a program, a franchise, a new category — and you understand what it takes to align vision, marketing, operations, and commercial execution to make it land
- Background at or with organizations at the intersection of culture, entertainment, media, or advocacy — with a deep, intuitive understanding of how brand equity, community, and cultural credibility translate into commercial value
- Experience leading and developing lean, high-performing teams in nimble organizations with limited resources and fluid roles
- Experience working across both for-profit and nonprofit environments, with genuine fluency in foundation relationships, grant dynamics, donor cultivation, and the distinct language and values of mission-driven institutions
- Genuine connection to Asian Pacific culture and Gold House’s mission, and the demonstrated ability to carry that mission into mainstream corporate, philanthropic, and cultural spaces with credibility and conviction
Skills & Competencies
- Leadership and management: you are a proven project and people leader who is able to master and mobilize diverse functions across multiple industries to deliver excellence.
- Creative and commercial vision: you can see a revenue opportunity in a cultural moment, a product in a program, and a franchise in a one-time event, and you can build the strategy, team, and go-to-market plan to make it real
- Exceptional relationship builder and closer across contexts: you know how to earn the trust of a Fortune 500 CMO, a foundation program officer, and a cultural icon, and you know how to move each from conversation to commitment
- GM instincts across the full arc of a revenue opportunity: from thesis and positioning through pricing, launch, delivery, and renewal, with the discipline to make hard resource and prioritization calls along the way
- Financial fluency at the organizational level: comfortable owning the P&L, building revenue models, scenario-planning with the CFO, and making the case to leadership for where to invest and what to walk away from
- Strategic influence and executive presence: you operate comfortably at the leadership table, shape organizational direction, and know how to align a room, a team, and a board around a vision
Compensation & Benefits
- The base salary range for this role is $175,000 – $190,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
- Health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits
- Opportunity to participate in Gold House programs and experiences
- Opportunity to define the trajectory of a mission-driven, fast-growing, mainstream-impactful organization
About the Team
You will be joining Gold House at a pivotal moment — as we enter the next phase of our growth centered around connection through culture, in which commercial scale plays a defining role. You will have meaningful autonomy, a strong existing team, and the backing of an organization with a decade of brand equity and a community of the most influential Asian Pacific leaders in the world.
Gold House is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We strongly encourage candidates from all communities to apply.
