Fellow Duties

  • Create original social content, including but not limited to photo, video, copywriting, and graphic design
  • Deliver net-new social content in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm strategic creative content and campaign ideas
  • Help manage and organize asset storage
  • Support social media operations tasks such as posting, reposting, scheduling and general engagement
  • Work across various business verticals, including film and television, venture capital, theater, gaming, literature, entrepreneurship, music, fashion, and culinary arts

Requirements

  • Video editing on social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Capcut) is a must; traditional non-linear video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut) are a plus
  • Experience working on graphic design with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma a plus
  • Each Fellow commitment is one year long
  • Fellows must be self-starting and entrepreneurial; resilient and creative; highly detail-oriented; and consistent in high-quality execution
  • Fellows must reside in Los Angeles, New York City, or San Francisco
