About Gold House Ventures
Gold House Ventures (“GHV”) is the definitive early-stage fund investing in the next generation of top Asian Pacific and multicultural founders. We are seeking MBA Fellows from leading universities to join our team and collaborate directly with our GPs and Principal. This is an exciting opportunity to be immersed in all aspects of the investment process, from sourcing to diligence, deal execution, and portfolio management.
MBA Fellow Duties
- Source new GHV investment opportunities and participate in the diligence and selection process alongside GHV investment team
- Source candidates for Gold House’s Futures Network and Accelerator, the leading membership community and incubation program, respectively, for Asian Pacific founders
- Cultivate GHV’s network of top Asian Pacific founders and investors by actively mapping and networking with the talent ecosystem
- Lead planning and programming of in-person events for founders
- Own 1-2 high value-add research or operational projects to help inform GHV’s mission, investment strategy, and portfolio company support
Role Preferences
- MBA candidate at a top business school
- Early stage startup operating or investment experience
- Proficiency in financial and/or data analysis
- Superb written and oral communication
- Self-starting and entrepreneurial; resilient and creative; detail-oriented and consistent in execution; and compelling in your interpersonal skills
Fellow Requirements
- Actively enrolled full-time in a leading MBA program
- Ideally in a leadership role or involved with relevant student organizations, founder/VC communities, and localized ecosystems
- Passionate about early-stage investing, research, and/or operations
- Able to commit to one semester or two quarters of participation, according to your institution’s academic calendar
- Able to commit a minimum of 5 hours per week to your fellowship work with Gold House Ventures
