Wyna Liu is a puzzlemaker and artist based in New York City. She is a puzzle editor at The New York Times, where she writes the daily word game Connections. Her crosswords can be found in The New Yorker.

Wyna began constructing crosswords in 2018 and had her first puzzle published in the American Values Club Crossword in January 2019. She joined The New York Times as a puzzle editor in 2020.

In addition to her editorial roles, she makes jewelry and enjoys learning about machining and other fabrication processes.
