Chef Junghyun ‘JP’ Park is a Seoul-born, New York City-based chef. He is globally acclaimed for his NYC restaurants Atomix (2 Michelin Stars, No. 12 World’s 50 Best 2025), Atoboy in NoMad, NARO in Rockefeller Center, Seoul Salon in Koreatown.
With an academic background in Food Sciences bolstered by years of experience in creating restaurants pioneering the ‘New Korean’ movement, Chef Junghyun Park continues to hone his dedication to evolving Hansik through research and development on a global scale.
Chef Junghyun Park was named a “Rising Star” by StarChefs (2016), “Best New Chef” by Food & Wine (2019), and the James Beard Foundation’s “Best Chef: NY State” in 2023.

Ellia JeongEun Park is the co-founder and CEO of NA:EUN Hospitality, the acclaimed restaurant group behind Atoboy, Atomix (2 Michelin Stars, No. 12 World 50 Best Restaurants 2025), NARO, and Seoul Salon in New York City.
Known for her thoughtful, guest-centered approach, she leads the group’s service and operations. Her work has earned top recognition, including the Gin Mare Art of Hospitality Award from The World’s 50 Best (2022) and the James Beard Award for Outstanding Hospitality (2025).
Together with her husband, Chef Junghyun ‘JP’ Park, Ellia continues to redefine Korean cuisine on the international stage, fostering creativity and inclusivity within the industry.
