Bindu Shah is a transformative marketing and digital leader who builds culturally resonant brands to drive measurable growth. As Chief Marketing Officer & Chief Digital Officer of Equinox, she unites creative, brand strategy, growth marketing, and omnichannel member experience to deepen cultural relevance while accelerating acquisition and retention for a category-defining luxury performance brand.

Previously, she served as Global Chief Marketing Officer & Chief Digital Officer at Tory Burch, where she led global marketing and e-commerce. She delivered step-change digital growth by modernizing and expanding the brand’s global e-commerce business, and helped fuel the momentum of the “Toryssaince” through breakthrough marketing campaigns.

Earlier, at Sephora, Bindu led Digital Marketing & Media, overseeing all marketing channels and media investment while launching signature platforms including Sephora’s YouTube channel and Beauty Insider Community — deepening loyalty and redefining how beauty brands build community in the digital era.

Across her career, Bindu has consistently connected creativity with commercial rigor — strengthening brand equity, modernizing consumer engagement, and accelerating revenue growth at scale. She began her career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and has held leadership roles at Gilt Groupe, McGraw-Hill, and Edison Schools.

She holds a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
