Chance Emerson is a singer-songwriter born in Taipei and raised in Hong Kong and Maine, mining his
unique experiences living across continents and cultures to forge his compelling brand of melodic
‘Asian-Americanaʼ folk-rock. After deciding to move across the world to Providence, Rhode Island to
pursue his engineering studies, it didnʼt take long before a growing passion for singing and songwriting
overtook his original trajectory. Chance began performing up and down the Northeast corridor,
headlining clubs and supporting established acts as varied as Shakey Graves, Sam Barber, and Nancy
Wilsonʼs Heart. A recipient of the prestigious BMI John Lennon Songwriting Award, Chance recently
performed at Newport Folk Festival and Lollapalooza.

The whimsical, wildly talented Korean-Canadian artist Luna Li first started playing piano at five and now plays violin, guitar, bass, drums, harp, flute and piano. She cut her teeth in Toronto’s live music scene, but won over a new legion of fans during the pandemic posting solo bedroom jams, playing every instrument, cut together to create soothing, noodly grooves. Weaving her harp-rippled, baroque-pop through with jazz flute and gritty riffs, her music is a testament to Luna Li’s prowess as a charismatic frontperson, songwriter, arranger, and continuously curious multi-instrumentalist.

After moving to LA from Houston, 22 year old Emily Snow discovered her voice and love for writing and performing. This transition birthed Snow Wife. Channeling her childhood struggles, she provides a unique perspective as a lyricist. Snow Wife serves up slick, sexy, and sticky genre-breaking bangers. The singer, songwriter, and dancer will encourage you to be free and get freaky. She does so by unapologetically being herself and presiding over grungy pop synths where sonic beats bump past dawn and you canʼt help but dance along.

Byron Atienza is an award-winning Filipino-American Executive Creative Director and Filmmaker, based in Los Angeles, CA. Previously running creative at Spotify Studios and the VP of Global Creative at Capitol Music Group, Byron is now the Creative Director at Live Nation and Founder & Director at A Bunch of Savages. He has worked with the likes of Paul McCartney, Halsey, Chris Brown, Queens of the Stone Age, and ASAP Rocky.

Byron has lived, worked and roamed the byways of South Africa, Mexico City, and the Philippines. As a Director and Photographer, he has shot various campaigns for Nike, Absolut, Jameson, Chivas, VICE, and W hotels. His Fashion Films have debuted on Vogue, Lʼofficiel, and Flaunt and his music videos have been featured on MTV.

The son of an acrylics & oil painter and a business woman, Byron has an innate understanding of creativity as it intersects with commerce.

Danny Chung is a Korean-American songwriter, producer, and creative director known for his work in K-pop, notably for THEBLACKLABEL, penning hits for BLACKPINK and composing for Netflix’s K-Pop Demon Hunters, where he also voiced the character Baby Saja, blending sharp lyrics with global pop, bridging cultures from Seoul to Philly.

Eric Nam, named a 2023 TIME100 Impact Award Honoree, GQ Korea’s Man of the Year, and one of Forbes’ 30 Under 30 Asia, is a multifaceted musician, actor, TV personality, and entrepreneur.

He recently wrapped up his ‘House on a Hill’ world tour, where he performed 78 shows across five continents. Eric is now lending his voice to the iconic character Aang in an upcoming feature film for the beloved ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’ franchise. Additionally, he is actively involved in developing new film and television projects.

Beyond his career in the spotlight, Eric is a Co-Founder of DIVE Studios, the world’s leading K-pop media and creative agency for international markets. DIVE Studios collaborates with the biggest K-pop and K-drama artists to create engaging original content and partners with some of the world’s most innovative and impactful brands. Recently, DIVE Studios was honored with the 2024 Adcolor Catalyst Award.

Eric Wong is the EVP of Recorded Music at Warner Music Group, President of East West Records US and President of Warner Music Canada

Born in New York City, Wong grew up obsessed with music, and at age 16, went from devotedly studying the sales charts each week to an internship while still in high school. While attending New York University, Wong became a college rep for EMI Records. While still at NYU, he was hired at V2 Records, where he led campaigns for artists such as Moby, Underworld, and Stereophonics.

At the Island Def Jam Music Group, Wong developed campaigns for a diverse group of acts which included Bon Jovi, Fall Out Boy, Rihanna, Slayer, Sum 41, Christina Milian and more. Wong worked for Bad Boy Entertainment and Atlantic Records, serving simultaneously as Chief Marketing Officer of Bad Boy and Senior Vice President of Marketing at Atlantic. In this dual role, he was able to get more deeply involved in hip-hop while keeping a hand in the rock and pop he also loved. Wong points to the opportunity to work on Jay-Z’s landmark album The Blueprint 3 as a defining moment in his career, working alongside one of the greatest marketers and one of the greatest artists in hip-hop history. Seeking additional challenges, he founded Wong Management, where he worked closely with Mariah Carey.

Wong was Executive Vice President of Marketing at The Island Def Jam Music Group, executing creative marketing strategies for artists including Kanye West, Rihanna, Avicii, The-Dream, Fall Out Boy, The Killers, Toni Braxton, Babyface and others. His responsibilities expanded to oversee the label group’s marketing, digital, creative, artist development, video promotion, and video production departments. He then assumed the role of Executive Vice President/General Manager of Island Records. He was later named the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Island Records, overseeing operations for the entire label. He oversaw label operations and strategy for Island’s entire roster which included artists such as Shawn Mendes, Demi Lovato, Nick Joans, Elton John, The Killers, and more.

Wong served as the President & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Recorded Music for Warner Music Group. He then took on the role President of East West Records and Head of Global A&R, Recorded Music, WMG As Warner Music Group strengthened its alignment across territories, Warner Music Canada is connected more directly to the U.S. team with Wong overseeing the business.

Wong was then promoted to EVP, Recorded Music at Warner Music Group alongside his post as President of East West Records US, and President of Warner Music Canada. In this elevated role, Wong spearheads flagship global marketing campaigns and leads global A&R, working closely with WMG’s labels, artists, and their teams to turbocharge high-impact storytelling around the world.

Warner Music Group is the home to artists including Ed Sheeran, Cardi B, Charli XCX, Coldplay, Dua Lipa, Bruno Mars, Teddy Swims, Benson Boone, sombr, Rose, Alex Warren, and more.

Humberto Leon is the co-founder of Opening Ceremony, a cult fashion brand that launched in 2002, first as a retail destination in New York, Los Angeles, and Tokyo, and then as an eponymous label of women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, footwear, accessories. From 2011 to 2019, Leon served as the co-creative director of the French fashion house KENZO. As the campaign for the release of his Fall/Winter 2018 collection at KENZO, Leon wrote and directed his first film,The Everything, starring Milla Jovovich, Alexandra Shipps, Kodi Smit McFee, and Regina Hall. In 2020, Leon opened his first restaurant in Eagle Rock, California. CHIFA has received the prestigious Bib Gourmand Award by the MICHELIN Guide and earned a coveted spot on Condé Nast’s “The Best New Restaurants in the World” and the Los Angeles Times“101 Best Restaurants” lists for 2021. In 2022, Leon debuted his first music video, Growing Up by the Linda Linda’s, a collaboration with Opening Ceremony, Warby Parker and Apple Music. To critical acclaim Leon designed opened his second and third restaurants in 2023, Monarch in Arcadia, California and Arroz & Fun in Lincoln Heights, California. The restaurants have been featured in numerous publications including the Los Angeles Times, Eater, Bon Appetit. Leon is the creative director to the girl group competition Dream Academy and the winning group KATSEYE, a partnership between Hype and Universal Music Group.

Jason Ve is the President of PAPER, the leading culture media brand at the forefront of music, fashion, and internet culture. A media executive with a track record of driving growth across the music, entertainment, and tech industries, Jason was named a Billboard 2024 Pride Power Player for his leadership and influence.

Previously, Jason was Senior Vice President and Head of Global Brand Partnerships at 88rising, the pioneering pan-Asian record label and music company, where he built the commercial brands business from the ground up into a key global revenue engine, forging partnerships with the world’s leading brands. He has also held senior leadership roles at Deezer, where he led the business development division at the global music streaming unicorn, and at Google, where he oversaw strategic partnerships across music and ad tech. Earlier, Jason held business development roles at Disney and Nickelodeon, and began his career in investment banking at UBS.

Jason advises, consults, and invests in startups. He is a venture partner at Gaingels, the largest investment network and fund of LGBTQ+ investors. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Asian Americans Advancing Justice — AAJC, a national nonprofit dedicated to civil rights and advocacy for Asian Americans. Jason is a speaker and guest lecturer, and a member of the Recording Academy.

Born and raised in New York, Jason resides in Miami and co-founded Out in Tech Miami, a city chapter of the largest LGBTQ+ tech community. He is a graduate of the NYU Stern School of Business and an avid traveler, having visited over 70 countries and lived in China and Japan.

Kevin Lazatin is a Global Music & Brand Partnerships Strategist with 7+ years of experience on the Culture Marketing team at adidas. His work sits at the intersection of music, fashion, and youth—shaping moments that resonate emotionally while driving real impact for brands.

Michelle An is President of Creative Strategy at Interscope Records, a subsidiary of Universal Music Group. A Chicago-native and Northwestern University alum, Michelle has been at Interscope for over 17 years working with some of the world’s biggest music artists including Lady Gaga, Selena Gomez, Billie Eilish and Olivia Rodrigo. Michelle produces and executes artist visuals tied to an artist’s music project, along with overseeing artist marketing. Michelle has produced films alongside Billie Eilish, including The World’s a Little Blurry documentary for Apple TV+, as well as Selena Gomez’s documentary My Mind & Me. Michelle has been involved with several artist concert films and visual films like Kacey Musgraves’ “Star-crossed” which ran on Paramount+.

Michelle has been named one of Billboard’s Women in Music for multiple years in a row, has been recognized as a Variety Hitmaker, and is a 4-time GRAMMY nominated producer. Michelle was honored as 2021’s Music Commissioner of the Year by the MVPA’s made up of her industry peers. She is also a member of the Producer’s Guild of America.  Michelle’s past ad agency experience, also allows her to effectively work with brands such as Nike, Gucci and Dolby Atmos, finding creative and organic ways for major brands to weave into an artist’s creative vision.  Michelle also commissioned OneRepublic’s groundbreaking “Kids” VR music video experience.

Michelle manages a creative and marketing team of over 40 people driving marketing campaigns and producing visual content that garners an estimated 1 billion monthly views on-line for the record label.

Rhea Pasricha is the head of A&R for the West Coast at Prescription Songs, an independent publishing company home to all-star acts such as Doja Cat and Fridayy. Her duties include overseeing the Los Angeles office A&R staff, scouting and signing new talent, and spearheading creative opportunities for the artists. During her 12 years with the company, Pasricha has signed or helped promote the careers of songwriters including Emily Warren, Kim Petras, LU KALA, Vaughn Oliver, bülow, David Pramik, KBeaZy and Peter Fenn, among others.

Born in Gorakhpur, India, but raised in the U.S., Pascricha landed a job during her senior year of college in Atlantic Records in New York, assisting Pete Ganbarg. She then moved to Los Angeles where she worked with A&R executive Aaron Bay-Schuck. Pasricha also manages Steph Jones, who wrote on Sabrina Carpenter’s “Espresso” and “Nonsense.”

Ronny Ho is the Head of Dance & Electronic Development at Spotify, where she leads audience growth and engagement, oversees curation and programming, and develops innovative programs across the diverse array of dance and electronic genres.

In her previous role with Spotify, Ronny worked directly with the co-heads of the global Music team to identify audience and genre trends that informed the launch of global initiatives such as RADAR, track IDs, K-Pop, cultural moments and ultimately led to more inclusive programs and decision making.

Ronny also founded Spotify’s Asian Employee Resource Group (ERG), where she worked across the organization to help build the framework of Employee Resource Groups at Spotify. She led the Asian ERG for two and half years, building internal programs to foster community, as well as spearheading external programs. She also built new content brands such as Jasmine, Dope AF, tapioca, the Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month and the global Stop Asian Hate hub to discover, foster, and build the Asian creator community,

Ronny joined the Spotify Business Development team in April 2016, where she analyzed partnership opportunities to drive subscriber growth around the world, including Samsung, Vodafone, AT&T, Telia, and more. Before Spotify, Ronny worked at Citigroup Equity Capital Markets, where she was instrumental in executing IPOs and equity raises across the financial, energy & power, and technology industries.

During her free time, Ronny enjoys baking all sorts of things, catching shows at the local venues and traveling. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and human computer interaction from Carnegie Mellon University.

Travis Kiyota is the Senior Vice President, Head of Global Corporate Affairs for East West Bank, and the President of the East West Bank Foundation. In this role, he oversees the company’s marketing and brand management, corporate sponsorships, global government and regulatory relations, corporate security, and community development.

Travis is a seasonal executive with extensive experience in both the private and public sector. He spent nearly two decades at Pacific Gas and Electric Company. As PG&E’s Vice President of External Affairs, he led local and state government relations, public affairs, community engagement, and crisis management, and also served as President of the PG&E Foundation. Earlier in his career, he held key roles in government, including advisor to the mayors of San Francisco and Los Angeles, and senior program officer at the U.S. Department of Justice.

Travis currently serves on the boards of the California Chamber of Commerce, Bay Area Council, Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation, National Bankers Association, and the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco. He also serves on the advisory boards of the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission and the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs. Travis is a proud alumnus of UCLA.

An unprecedented track record of breaking artists in every corner of the globe and a personal journey that led her from Singapore to leadership posts at the music industry’s top companies affirms Wendy Ong as the preeminent modern music executive. As President of TaP Music, she oversees a diverse roster of artists, including Dua Lipa, Ellie Goulding, Lana Del Rey, Noah Cyrus, Dermot Kennedy, Hailee Steinfeld, and more.

“Living in so many different places and collaborating with such a wide variety of people allows you to be in tune with the pulse of what’s happening globally,” she says. “In my career, I’ve also had the rare opportunity to work in nearly every genre of music from hip hop to classical. I draw from all of that when working to realize my artist’s vision.”

Her first job was at BMG Singapore, specializing in Soundtracks, Jazz, and New Age. After two years she moved to Hong Kong where she took on supervising pop releases for Asia Pacific.

Upon relocating to NYC she embarked on the seminal role of International Marketing at Clive Davis’s Arista Records. Over the next decade, she went on to launch OutKast worldwide and traveled alongside Diddy, helping to expand his empire internationally. She worked extensively with artists such as P!nk, Alicia Keys, and The Strokes. Following Arista, she joined the Metropolitan Opera before EMI sought her out as Head of Classical in 2011.

Following stints at Capitol Music and Interscope Records, she joined Roc Nation as Head of Marketing where she drove campaigns for JAY-Z, Rihanna, Jaden Smith, and more. In late 2018, she became Tap Music’s Head of Marketing and was promoted to President of TaP Music a year later.
