Derek Chang serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Media Corporation, before which he served on the Board since March 2021. Mr. Chang most recently served as the Executive Chairman and remains a board member of EverPass Media, a joint venture he cofounded in partnership with the NFL, RedBird Capital Partners (and subsequently TKO) to create a new platform for the distribution of premium sports content into commercial establishments. He also previously served on the Boards of Playfly Sports, the Professional Fighters League (“PFL”), ISOS Acquisition Corp, which merged with Bowlero in 2021, Vobile Group from 2020-2021 and Starz after its public spin-off in 2013.

Mr. Chang was formerly the CEO of NBA China and also previously held senior executive positions with Scripps Networks, DIRECTV, Charter Communications, the YES Network and TCI Communications.
