ARVIND KC
Arvind KC is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of experience in leading internal product development teams. His expertise in IT, InfoSec, and internal engineering has been honed at globally recognized companies like Google, Facebook, Roblox, and Palantir. Currently, as the Chief People and Systems Officer at Roblox, KC spearheads the organization’s focus on evolving processes, systems, experiences, and culture to maximize the growth and potential of its teams and people.
KC’s career demonstrates a deep understanding of how technology empowers exceptional performance within organizations. He built a strong foundation in supply chain systems within the semiconductor industry, gaining valuable experience in optimizing complex processes. At Facebook, he honed his focus on the factors and technology that accelerate organizational excellence. Later, as CIO and head of People Operations at Palantir, he led the organization’s technology strategy and operational transformation. As VP of Engineering at Google, he oversaw the development of products that have revolutionized the way people work and collaborate.
KC’s technical and leadership acumen is grounded in his strong educational background. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the prestigious Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, and an MBA from Santa Clara University. This combination of technical expertise and business acumen has enabled him to successfully navigate the intersection of technology and people management.

CHRISTINA WOOTTON
Christina Wootton serves as Chief Partnerships Officer at Roblox, leading brand partnerships, business development and education. Christina’s teams are focused on creating new ecosystems for people to express themselves through digital fashion and beauty, learn together, and experience entertainment, music and sports with their favorite brands and talent on the platform.
With more than 15 years of partnerships and digital advertising experience, Christina has been instrumental in revolutionizing how brands connect, engage and communicate with people all over the world in immersive spaces. She has spearheaded innovation and creative partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and top brands and talent including Gucci, Nike, Netflix, Disney, Warner Bros, NFL, Karlie Kloss, Elton John, among many others. Prior to Roblox, Christina led entertainment innovation and digital advertising at Stardoll Media partnering with brands to create engaging content that allowed users to customize their avatars, shop for digital fashion items and interact with the brands’ virtual characters and products.

SHOBZ AHLUWALIA
Shobhana (Shobz) Ahluwalia is a technology, operations, and cyber security executive with expertise in scaling high growth global companies. She is the Chief Information Office for Roblox, a virtual universe that reimagines the way people come together. Her charter at Roblox is to create frictionless solutions to unlock the highest level of productivity and innovation in the company. Her previous role as CIO at Peloton, a prominent on-demand fitness company, involved leading Security and IT to improve ERP and supply chain logistics, as well as facilitating integration with third-party selling platforms. Before that, she served as the CIO at Uber Technologies’, $80B on-demand logistics and transportation company, and was responsible for global IT operations and services. Prior to Uber Technologies, Shobhana served in leadership Information Technology roles at Rocket Fuel, CNET and CBS.
Shobhana is actively involved in the technology startup ecosystem as an investor and advisor. She is committed to supporting underrepresented communities in technology and leadership. She holds a Masters of Business Administration with a double major in Strategy and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor of Computer Science in Engineering from Bangalore, India.
