Nancy Lee is the Chief of Staff to Robert A. Iger, CEO of The Walt Disney Company. In addition, she is EVP of Disney’s International Business Operations.
Ms. Lee served on the board of directors of National Geographic Partners from 2019-2022. She currently sits on the board of APIA Scholars, the US’s largest non-profit organization devoted to providing greater access to higher education for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, as well as the Georgetown University Law Center Alumni Board.
She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, and a BA from the University of Chicago, majoring in Environmental Studies and Geophysical Sciences.
Ms. Lee grew up in Guam, Seoul, Korea, and Utica, Michigan. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Ryan Graham, and their rescue dog, Ripley.
