We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who will be a pinnacle leader in scaling our ability to measurably change culture. Their duties include developing and executing quantitative growth initiatives to bolster our subscriber network, social media following, press network, and ability to drive monetary transactions such as founder product launches and new film debuts. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage growth marketing efforts across email, social media, press, other platforms, and the growth team of fellows/volunteers
  • Design and implement data-driven growth strategies to increase user and donor acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue across multiple channels and platforms
  • Lead flagship cross-functional growth-oriented projects like the A100 List
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify and prioritize growth opportunities and stakeholder segments
  • Track and measure the performance and ROI of growth initiatives, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement; scale successful initiatives 
  • Support and advise the VP of Marketing on strategic and operational matters, and act as a liaison between the VP of Marketing and internal and external stakeholders
  • Represent the VP of Marketing in meetings and events, and handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Expertise in various marketing channels and platforms, such as email, social media, SEO, SEM, web, mobile, etc.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, and experience with various analytics and marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about the organization’s mission and values, and committed to advancing the Asian and Pacific Islander community

  • $130,000-$170,000/year (Contingent on Experience & Location) + Bonus
